Refund policy
Returns
You may only return unopened products within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. If the return is a result of our error, such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping costs.
Cancellation
You have 3 days from the time of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund. Cancellations done after shipping will not be refunded for the shipping costs and return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you. We will need notification and evidence of said defective, damaged or incorrect product within 72 hours of receiving the product in order for a full exchange.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
